Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will spearhead our social media strategy and execution to provide effective brand storytelling, engage with our audiences, and monitor relevant trends. Key Responsibilities
- Create, curate, and manage published content across all of Amazon's social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure continuous improvement and engagement.
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries and feedback promptly, and manage our brand’s voice on social media.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop compelling visuals and multimedia content.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Organize and lead social media campaigns, competitions, and initiatives to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and enhance brand collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or a related role, preferably within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve strategy and performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Hootsuite.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
